About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team at PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri', a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Pasuruan, East Java. As the QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products, overseeing all quality-related activities and processes. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements
• Developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control procedures, including testing, inspection, and release protocols
• Overseeing the quality control laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Conducting internal audits and managing external regulatory inspections to identify and address quality issues
• Providing technical expertise and training to production and quality assurance teams to enhance their understanding of quality-related processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation to support regulatory compliance
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices in pharmaceutical quality assurance

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) or a related field, with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality assurance
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as other relevant regulations and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in quality control laboratory techniques and data analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence
