Main responsibilities :

1. Ensuring shipments are well managed according to customer requirements
2. Managed all related documents
3. Preparing and checking Export Declaration
4. Create and submit Certificate of Origin to Ministry of Trade
5. Send all related documents to customer without delay

To be successful in this position you should have requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma degree all major
2. Maximum age 25 years old
3. Minimum 2 years of experience on the same field
4. Familiar with Ms Office, SAP, and other related function
5. Good English communication both writing and speaking
6. Good analytical thinking and communication skills
7. Computer literate and ability to work independently under minimum supervision
8. willing to work in Subang area
9. Already booster vaccine
