Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.), preferably with a PERADI license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the animal feed industry or related sectors to ensure familiarity with regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of local and international regulations affecting the industry, particularly in permits, certifications, and environmental compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as handling legal disputes effectively.
  • Excellent legal analysis and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to anticipate legal risks and implement preventive measures rather than reactive solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluently in English
  • Comfortable working with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.

  • Oversee proper record-keeping of all legal correspondences and agreements.
